“Encyclopedia of Islamic theology” to be unveiled

The first volume of “Encyclopedia of Islamic theology” will be unveiled during a ceremony held by Institute for Islamic Culture & Thought (IICT) today (24 February).
The Public Relations department of Institute for Islamic Culture & Thought (IICT) reported that a group of Howzeh and university professors will attend the ceremony.
Moreover figures as Ayatollah Sobhani, Ayatollah Ostadi, the head of IICT and a member of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, Hujjat ul-Islam val moslemin Ali Akbar Roshad and the head of Imam Sadegh(AS) professional center, Hujjat ul-Islam Rabani Golpayegani will deliver speeches.
“Encyclopedia of Islamic theology” is the first professional encyclopedia on Islamic theology which indicates and explains concepts of Kalam in an analytic- descriptive manner based on reliable and various sources.
The Encyclopedia was provided and compiled by a group of Imam Sadegh (AS) University's researchers and professors and the professional center of Kalam science as Ayatollah Jafar Sobhani supervised the process.
The unveiling ceremony of the first "Encyclopedia of Islamic theology” will be held today (24 February) in Institute for Islamic Culture & Thought (IICT).
