Iranian writers’ travelogues from foreign book fairs due

IBNA- Secretary of the section World Book Market at the 31st Tehran international book fair Ahmad Shakeri said that the travelogues of those Iranian writers who have attended foreign book fairs will be published.
Speaking to IBNA
, Shakeri stated that these travelogues have been written by the Iranian writers from 2014 on. The authors Majid Qaisari, Mahboubeh Najafkhani, Mohammad-Reza Sharafi Khaboushan, Maryam Jahani, Elham Fallah, Shahriar Abbasi are among those whose travelogues will be published.
Referring to the travelogues written by Majid Qaisari, he said: “The interesting point I noticed is that for example Qaisari has authored two separate travelogues, one when he traveled on his own and the other when we in Iran’s Cultural Fairs Institute
paid his expenses, and the methods of writing are notably different.”
“We intend to portray the attitudes, experiences and in encounters of Iranian writers at international book fairs and markets,” Shakeri added.
World Book Market affiliated to Iran’s Cultural Fairs Institute is aimed to introduce Iranian publishing industry with the participation of different cultural institutes and centers, publishers, literary agencies, independent local and international institutes, writers, translators, illustrators.
