Bangladeshi academic extols people attendance at TIBF

IBNA- Associate Professor of Persian language and literature at Rajshahi University in Bangladesh sees the massive wizards of Iranian people to Tehran International Book Fair exciting and admirable.

In an interview with IBNA, Tahmina Begum (Ph.D.) asserted that Iranian books comprise very good and practical contents and a major part of the students at the University of Rajshahi are interested in the works of Iranian poets and writers such as Hafez, Sa’adi and Rumi, and often read them.
 
“It’s the first time that I visit Tehran International Book Fair and the massive presence of people in this event is amazing for me,” she said.
 
“From the time I became familiar with Persian language and books, I have known a new world which is so lovely and delightful for me,” Tahmina Begum stated.
 
On Dhaka International Book Fair, Associate Professor of Rajshahi University said: “The event is also held in our university but in terms of extent and the presence of people is not comparable with Tehran Book Fair.  

The 31st Tehran International Book Fair was held from May 2 to May 12 at Mosalla of Imam Khomeini in Tehran.
