Ganjavi has selected and translated 23 poems by Ernest Hemingway on the condemnation of war, 10 poems by Margaret Atwood portraying a gothic atmosphere as well as poems by W. B. Yeats, Edgar Allan Poe, Mark Strand, John Ashbery, Langston Hughes, W.H. Auden, Wallace Stevens, Ezra Pound, Frank O Hara and a number of other English language poets. The collected poems have been almost composed after the World War II and their common traits include gothic and grotesque imagination, experimentation in poetry, critical approach to the dominant social system, as well as employing creative narrative and fictional elements in poetry. All I Loved, I Loved Alone in the Persian has been published in 69 pages.
