Int'l criminal law to be published
Reactions of the international legal system to terrorism and anti-terrorism conventions are the themes of a book titled as the International Criminal Law by Peyman Namamian. IBNA: The book is written based on detailed studies of terrorism and combats against in the framework of international criminal law.
According to the book’s writer, the book is composed of articles published in different law journals which have been edited based on the latest developments in the international criminal law.
Namamian noted the lack of works on the legal combat against terrorism in Persian references and added that there is a big lack of such references in higher level books for law PhD candidates.
Identifying terrorism and its nature, measures and mechanisms in the international community in combating terrorism, stance of all international counterterrorism conventions, cyber terrorism, International Convention for the suppression of nuclear terrorism and the US directives to prevent and suppress nuclear terrorism are some of the topics discussed in the book.
