Mahdi Company Zare is compiling a book on the issue of love in Mawlana Rumi’s thought. Half of the book ‘Rumi’s School of Love’ is compiled to the moment.

IBNA: Love has always been a subject of human interest and is also a key concept in Mawlana Rumi’s thought. So far many writers and researchers have written on the concept of love in the work of Mawlana Rumi one of which is Mahdi Company Zare.
According to Company Zare, ‘Rumi’s School of Love’ is going to reach 500 pages and more; it makes a survey of all aspects of love in the works and ideas of Mawlana Rumi. 

He added: “I have tried to present a full portrait of Mawlana’s ivew of love in relation with beauty and religion in this book. Love and the concept of love, types of love, origins of love and the consequences of love are the most important subjects discussed in this volume. The relatonship between the lover and the beloved is another axis of discussion in this book.” 

Company Zare said: “Mawlana’s contemplations over love has made a school of love with a lot of precious things to teach us. He has used the term ‘school of love’ in his poetry and I have titled the book after his own expression.” 

Mawlana regarded himself as a pupil of the school of love whose sole teacher is God and believed that his words should be taken as exercises for the pupils of this school. 

Company Zare added that the book will be published by Negahe Moaser Publications.
